(c) Client or Applicant request or authorize disclosure;
(d) The information is provided to a reputable credit reporting agency or similar information reporting agency; or
(e) Other circumstances reasonably justify disclosure of the information. We will inform our customers of specific rights to opt-out of the transfer of certain customer information where applicable and we will not share information if prohibited by applicable law.
River Funding Corporation will ask others to maintain like confidentiality and security.
If personally identifiable customer information is provided to a service bureau or other entities with whom we have a business relationship, we will seek to require that such third party adhere to similar privacy principles to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and ensure the reliability and accuracy of the information.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about the applicant to those employees and third parties who need to know that information in connection with the processing of the loan, and our attorneys, auditors, regulators, and other persons entitled to receive the information by law.
